The foundation is hereby authorized to accept gifts or grants of money or property of any nature from any source whatsoever. Such gifts and grants may be accepted for the general purposes of the foundation, for specific purposes within the general purposes of the foundation or to be held in trust for the benefit of the foundation with the income to be used for a specific purpose within the general purposes of the foundation or for the general purposes of the foundation.
