Section 410 - Cooperation with other agenciesThe department shall have the duty:
(1) To cooperate with other agencies, including any agency of the United States or of another state, in all matters concerning the powers and duties of the department under this article and particularly in projects for child welfare, for the relief of persons in areas of special need, and for the care of transient and homeless persons.(2) To make such reports, in such form and containing such information as the Department of Health, Education and Welfare of the United States government, or any other agency of the United States may, from time to time, require and shall comply with the provisions that such department or agency may, from time to time, find necessary to insure the correctness and verification of such reports.1967, June 13, P.L. 31, No. 21, art. 4, § 410.
