Section 435 - Care by other public bodies

Notwithstanding any other provisions of law, no public body shall provide without charge any maintenance, care or service which an individual is entitled to receive as assistance under the provisions of this article but this section shall not be construed to preclude any such public body from supplementing such assistance.
