Section 355.1 - Cession of concurrent jurisdiction
(a) The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania hereby cedes concurrent jurisdiction to the United States over the existing lands, waters and buildings acquired for the Federal Bureau of Prisons.

The existing institutions are:

(1) the Federal Correctional Institution, Loretto;
(2) the Federal Correctional Institution, Bradford;
(3) the Federal Correctional Institution, Minersville; and
(4) the Metropolitan Detention Center, Philadelphia.
(b) The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania hereby cedes concurrent jurisdiction to the United States over all lands, waters and buildings acquired or leased for the Federal Bureau of Prisons on or after September 12, 1995.
(c) Cession of jurisdiction pursuant to subsections (a) and (b) shall take effect only upon acceptance of such jurisdiction by the United States. Federal jurisdiction ceded pursuant to subsections (a) and (b) over lands, waters or buildings, or portions thereof, shall end as to any such lands, waters or buildings, or portions thereof, that the United States ceases to own or to lease.
