Section 177 - Pilot in quarantine not to be discharged for at least six days

There shall be allowed two dollars per day to every pilot of any ship or vessel compelled to perform quarantine, for every day he may be detained, to be paid by the master, owner or consignee of any such ship or vessel; and the pilot of such ship or vessel shall not be discharged in less than six days, without his consent.
