Section 41212 - Alternative recommendationsThe charter commission may report and recommend:
(1) that a referendum shall be held to submit to the qualified voters of the city the question of adopting one of the optional forms of government authorized by this act to be specified by the commission; or(2) that the form of government of the city shall remain unchanged; or(3) such other action as it may deem advisable consistent with its functions as set forth in this article.1957, July 15, P.L. 901, § 212.
