Section 58014 - Issue of bonds

The township may incur indebtedness and may issue general obligation bonds for the purpose of acquiring lands or buildings for parks and recreation areas and the equipment thereof in accordance with 53 Pa.C.S. Pt. VII Subpt. B (relating to indebtedness and borrowing).
