Section 57709.1 - Default in payment of installment

In case of default in the payment of any installment and interest for a period of sixty days after the same has become due, the entire cost of construction of the connection and accrued interest shall become due and the township may collect the unpaid cost of construction of the connection and accrued interest from the owner by a municipal claim or in an action of assumpsit.
