Section 57098 - Streets, the center line of which is the boundary between a township and another municipal corporation(a) A township may enter into a contract with a municipal corporation to provide for the grading, curbing, draining, and paving of any street that constitutes the dividing line between the township and the municipal corporation.(b) The alterations and improvements shall be made under the supervision of the township or municipal corporation, or by contract let by the township or the municipal corporation, as may be provided for in the contract between the township and the municipal corporation.1931, June 24, P.L. 1206, No. 331, art.
