Section 56404 - Service of process; fees

Police officers may serve and execute criminal process or processes issued for the violation of township ordinances and shall charge the same fees and costs as pertain by law to constables of the township for similar services, but the fees and costs shall be paid to the township treasurer for the use of the township.
