Section 56105 - Prevention of appropriation overdrafts

The township controller shall not permit any appropriation made by the board of commissioners to be overdrawn. If an appropriation is exhausted, the object of which is not complete, the commissioner shall immediately report the fact to the board of commissioners, and accompany the report with a statement of the money which has been drawn on the appropriation and the particular purpose for which it was drawn.
