Current through Pa Acts 2024-53, 2024-56 through 2024-92
Councils of the cities of the second and third classes, after the approval of this act, shall be empowered to fix by ordinance the amount to be paid for a license, and the time the same shall be granted for, and prescribe and regulate the manner of payment thereof into the treasury of such cities.
