Section 24562 - Removal of nuisances imperiling health; penalties

It shall be the duty of the said bureau of health to have all things or conditions which may in their opinion have a tendency to imperil health removed or corrected, as said bureau may deem necessary; and if the agent, owner or owners, tenant or occupants of any premises on or in which such things or condition shall be found, shall refuse or neglect after due notice to remove or correct the same, he, she or they so refusing or neglecting, shall for every such offense be subject to all the penalties prescribed in section eleven of this act.
