All municipal claims which may hereafter be lawfully imposed or assessed upon any property, in accordance with the foregoing sections, shall be proceeded upon in the method prescribed, for the filing and enforcing payment of such claims, by the act of June four, Anno Domini one thousand nine hundred and one.
