Section 23662.1 - Amount of pension after reemployment and reretirement

Any person previously on retirement pension who is reemployed and reinstated as a member of the fund shall, at the time of his later retirement, be entitled to any increase in pension which has been provided for by amendment to the law prior to such later retirement.
