Section 23609.4 - Election to be governed by 1963 amendment

Any member of the fund, within ninety days after the effective date of this amendment or within ninety days of his appointment to the bureau of fire may elect to be governed by the provisions of this amendment, provided such election shall be in writing and that writing shall be filed with the secretary of the Firemen's Relief and Pension Fund.
