Section 17095 - Malicious mischief to privy wells

It shall not be lawful for any person or persons, occupying any house or houses, in the city of Philadelphia, at rent or otherwise, and not being the owner, to deposit any ashes, rubbish, bricks, stones or cinders, in any privy well attached to such premises; any person or persons, convicted in the court of quarter sessions of the county of Philadelphia, for any violation of the provisions of this act, shall be punished by a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars, or imprisonment for a period not exceeding two years, in the discretion of the court.
