Section 16804 - Salting tracks in Philadelphia prohibited

From and after the passage of this act, it shall not be lawful for any passenger railway company, or their officers, agents, employés, or any person or persons, to use salt on any passenger railway tracks or street within the corporate limits of Philadelphia; and each violation of this act shall be a misdemeanor, and shall subject the offender, after indictment and conviction in the court of quarter sessions of said city, to a penalty not exceeding one thousand dollars, or an imprisonment not exceeding six months, or both, or either, at the discretion of said court.
