All the rights, powers and privileges conferred upon the city of Philadelphia by an act entitled "A further supplement to the act consolidating the city of Philadelphia, for the purpose of introducing a sufficient supply of fresh and pure water for the use of the citizens of said city," approved April eleventh, Anno Domini one thousand eight hundred and sixty-six, and all the provisions of said act, are hereby extended to and shall embrace all lands, tenements and hereditaments situate, or being wholly or in part, in the city and county of Philadelphia.
