The act of March 24, 1949 (P.L. 312), entitled "An act to authorize any city of the first class to use a facsimile signature of the city controller in lieu of his manual signature and a facsimile of the seal of the city upon any bonds issued by it; and declaring that signatures and facsimile signatures of former officers shall be valid and sufficient," shall apply to the execution of, and to the validity and sufficiency of signatures on, all bonds and notes issued under this act.
