Section 14422 - License granted for premises conforming to health regulations; separate license for each establishment

A license permitting the use of premises, buildings, or parts of buildings, or wagons, for the slaughtering of animals and poultry, and dressing the same, or for the storage, sale, or preparation for sale, of meats, poultry, fish, game, or shell-fish, may be granted to any person, firm, or body corporate, in cities of the first class, by the bureau of health, upon application for such license: Provided, That the premises, buildings, or parts of buildings, or wagons, to be used for the purposes specified, conform to the regulations established by the board of health: Further provided, That a separate license shall be issued for each place used for the purposes herein specified.
