In no event shall the pension hereafter payable after twenty (20) years of service be less than seventy-five dollars ($75.00) a month, or after fifteen (15) years and less than twenty (20) years of service be less than sixty dollars ($60.00) a month, to any person now or hereafter entitled to a pension under the provisions of this act.
