Section 13114 - Notice of elections

At least thirty days' notice of each election herein provided for shall be given by proclamation of the mayor of the city. A copy of such proclamation shall be posted at each polling place of the city on the day of the election and shall be published in at least two newspapers of general circulation in the city once a week for three consecutive weeks during the period of thirty days prior to the election, which publications may be included in the publications required to be made under the provisions of section nine of this act.
