Section 11701.603 - Notification by the secretary(a)Notice.--Upon completion of the emergency action plan, the secretary shall cause the plan to be posted on the department's publicly accessible Internet website and shall provide written notice of the emergency action plan by overnight delivery service, providing proof of receipt, to all members of the governing body and, if applicable, the chief executive officer of the distressed municipality.(b)Publication.--The secretary shall publish once in a newspaper of general circulation notice that the emergency action plan has been completed.
