Section 10708-A - Manual of written and graphic design guidelines

Where it has adopted provisions for traditional neighborhood development, the governing body of a municipality may provide, upon review and recommendation of the planning commission where one exists, a manual of written and graphic design guidelines. The manual may be included in or amended into the subdivision and land development ordinance, the zoning ordinance or both.
