Section 5422.1 - Intergovernmental and interstate cooperation; community development programs

Two or more municipalities may jointly cooperate, or any municipality may jointly cooperate with any municipality located in any other state, in the sponsorship, establishment, administration, maintenance and operation of community development programs pursuant to the act of July 12, 1972 (P.L. 762, No. 180), entitled "An act relating to intergovernmental cooperation."
