The provisions of this act shall not be construed to repeal the provisions of an act, entitled "An act authorizing the boards of health in cities of the first class to regulate house drainage, the registration of master plumbers and the construction of cesspools," approved the thirtieth day of June, Anno Domini one thousand eight hundred and eighty-five.
