Section 1396.18j - Construction of act

Any provisions to the contrary notwithstanding, it shall be the intent of the General Assembly, and this act shall not be construed to violate any of the requirements of the Clean Water Act of 1977 ( Public Law 95-217, 33 U.S.C. § 1251 et seq.) and the Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act of 1977 ( Public Law 95-87, 30 U.S.C. § 1201, et seq.).
