The Department of General Services, with the approval of the Governor, is authorized to lease or sublease, all or part of the land and buildings known as the Eastern Pennsylvania Psychiatric Institute, and equipment therein, as appropriate to medical schools selected by the Secretary of Public Welfare upon such terms and conditions as the Secretary of the Department of General Services may prescribe.
