Section 7-724 - Registration and issuance of identification card

Upon receipt of the application, the proper fees, and upon being satisfied of the truth of the statements in the application and that the applicant is a person of good reputation and the applicant seeks a registration as defined in this act, the board may register such agent and issue to him an identification card.
