Section 844 - Budgetary provisions not applicable

The provisions of section 214 of article II and the provisions of article VI of The Administrative Code of one thousand nine hundred twenty-nine, as amended, shall not apply to the funds created under the provisions ofsections 601 and 602 of this act.
