As much as reads as follows: "Commonwealth" and "within ten days of his removal" of the fourth sentence, sixth sentence and as much as reads as follows: "Commonwealth" of the seventh sentence, of section 3(f), and as much as reads as follows: "with the Secretary of the Commonwealth" of section 4(10), act of October 4, 1978 (P.L.876, No. 169), known as the "Pennsylvania Crime Commission Act," are repealed.
