Section 1610.8 - Regulations(a) State Police Commissioner.--The State Police Commissioner may adopt such rules and publish regulations concerning the implementation of section 3(d) , as he may deem necessary.(b) Insurance Commissioner.--The Insurance Commissioner may adopt such rules and publish regulations concerning the implementation of this act except for section 3(d).1980, July 2, P.L. 340, No. 85, § 8, effective in 120 days.
