Section 1566 - ExclusionsCertificates of authority shall not be required of:
(1) Health maintenance organizations offered by employers for the exclusive enrollment of their own employes, or by unions for the sole use of their members.(2) Any plan, program or service offered by an employer for the prevention of disease among his employes.1972, Dec. 29, P.L. 1701, No. 364, § 16, imd. effective.
