Section 991.1414 - Compliance with Group Capital Calculation and Liquidity Stress Test Requirements.(a) An insurer that is part of an internationally active insurance group shall comply with the requirement to file a group capital calculation report under section 1404(k.1)(2) upon the effective date of this section. All other insurers shall comply with the requirement to file a group capital calculation no later than January 1, 2026.(b) An insurer shall be subject to the liquidity stress test requirements of section 1404(k.1)(7) on January 1, 2023.Added by P.L.
