Section 786 - Insurance commissioner to approve premiums, dividends, etc

Every employers' mutual liability insurance association shall file a statement of any proposed premium, assessment, dividend, or distribution of subscribers into groups with the Insurance Department, which shall not take effect until approved by the Insurance Commissioner.
