Section 710-10 - Review of form or rate disapproval(a) Within thirty (30) days of the date of mailing a notice of disapproval of a filing under this article, the insurer may make a written application to the commissioner for a hearing.(b) Upon receipt of an application for a hearing under subsection (a), the commissioner may hold a hearing in accordance with 2 Pa.C.S. Ch. 5 Subch. A (relating to practice and procedure of Commonwealth agencies) and Ch. 7 Subch. A (relating to judicial review of Commonwealth agency action). All actions which may be performed by the commissioner under this section may be performed by the commissioner's designated representative.1921, May 17, P.L. 682, No. 284, art.
