Section 325.61 - Other law enforcement authorityThis article shall not:
(1) Preempt the authority of or relieve the duty of any other law enforcement agencies to investigate and prosecute suspected violations of law.(2) Prevent or prohibit a person from voluntarily disclosing any information concerning insurance fraud to any law enforcement agency other than the section.(3) Limit any of the powers granted to the Insurance Commissioner to investigate possible violations of law and to take appropriate action against wrongdoers.1921, May 17, P.L. 789, art.
