Section 321.9 - Examination authority(a) A reinsurance intermediary shall be subject to examination by the department. The department shall have access to all books, bank accounts and records of the reinsurance intermediary in a form usable by the department.(b) An RM may be examined as if it were the reinsurer.1921, May 17, P.L. 789, 285, art.
