It shall be lawful for the court either before or after the discharge of any petitioner as aforesaid, to make an order upon such petitioner to produce and deposit, either with the prothonotary of the court, or with the trustees, all books, documents, papers and muniments of title, in his possession, or under his control, relating to the estate and property of such petitioner, and to enforce such order by attachment.
