Section 2718.115 - Repeals(a) The act of April 28, 1961 (P.L. 101), entitled "An act prohibiting the erection and maintenance of certain advertising devices along highways on the National System of Interstate and Defense Highways; providing for the acquisition of such devices and property use in connection with such devices by the Secretary of Highways; and providing penalties for violations," is hereby repealed.(b) All other acts and parts of acts are repealed in so far as they are inconsistent herewith.1971, Dec. 15, P.L. 596, No. 160, § 15, imd. effective.
