Section 1758-601 - Acts repealed

The following specific parts of acts and all specific amendments thereof are repealed absolutely:

(1)Section 2 of the act of June 22, 1931 (P.L. 594) [section 1738-2 of this title], entitled "An act * * *" is repealed insofar as it relates to the following routes:

Route 03158 in South Buffalo Township, Armstrong County;

Route 23064 in Upper Darby Township, Delaware County;

Route 30098 in Greene Township, Greene County;

Route 35085 in Moosic Borough, Lackawanna County;

Route 37077 in Neshannock Township, Lawrence County;

Route 42030 in Lafayette and Hamlin Townships, McKean County;

Route 66173 in Peach Bottom Township, York County;

Route 49021 in Little Mahanoy Township, Northumberland County;

Route 49013. Little Mahanoy West and East Cameron Townships, Northumberland County;

Route 49113. Little Mahanoy Township, Northumberland County.

(2)Section 2 of the act of May 7, 1937 (P.L. 589) [section 961-2 of this title], entitled "An act * * *" is repealed insofar as it relates to the following clauses:

Clause (3), also known as

Route 67012 in the City of Philadelphia, Philadelphia County;

Clause (25), also known as

Route 67061 in the City of Philadelphia, Philadelphia County.

(3) Section 6 of the act of May 31, 1911 (P.L. 468) [section 1048 of this title], "an act * * *" is repealed insofar as it relates to the following route:

Route 77. Those segments of Legislative Route 77 located in Taylor and Union Townships, Lawrence County.
