Section 952 - Construction, etc.; width

Upon the completion of said survey, if an industrial highway, as herein described and designated, is, in the judgment of the State Highway Commissioner, justifiable, and if an equitable distribution of the cost of construction and maintenance can be arrived at by the parties in interest, he is hereby authorized to take over such existing roads or private property as he shall designate for the construction, reconstruction, improvement, and maintenance of said Industrial State Highway, and thereafter to construct, reconstruct, improve, and maintain the same, in the manner in which State Highways or State-aid highways are now authorized to be constructed, reconstructed, improved, and maintained, as a part of its system of State Highways, to be known as an Industrial State Highway.

Said Industrial State Highway shall be of a width not exceeding one hundred and twenty feet, and, if and when permanently improved, shall be constructed of a durable type.
