Beginning at Lowrie's Run improved road at or near Mount Nebo Church, Allegheny County; thence in a northerly direction to Lowrie's Run and Rochester improved road at or near McNeeley's school; thence continuing in a northerly direction to Bayne and Wexford improved road at a point near the line dividing Franklin and Marshall Townships.
