Commencing at Tobyhanna in Monroe County at an intersection with State highway route number one hundred and sixty-eight; and running thence in a northeasterly direction, through the said village of Tobyhanna and through the Artillery Camp and property of the United States, to the line of Coolbaugh Township; thence through Dreher Township, Wayne County, to the village of South Sterling, and intersecting with State highway route number one hundred and seventy-one, shall be adopted by the Commonwealth as a State highway.
