Section 1740c - Road in Adams County adopted as state highway

A certain section of public road, commencing at a point on Route 43, about 0.5 of a mile west of the Franklin-Adams County line; thence in a southerly, easterly and northerly direction through Greene Township, Franklin County, and Franklin Township, Adams County, to a point on Route 43, about 0.2 of a mile east of the Franklin-Adams County line, a distance of about 1.0 mile, shall be adopted by the Commonwealth as a State highway, and shall be constructed, improved and maintained at the sole expense of the Commonwealth, under existing laws.
