Section 670-904 - Material, equipment and supplies from political subdivisions

Any political subdivision of the Commonwealth is authorized to sell, lease, donate or otherwise transfer to the Commonwealth any material, equipment or supplies appropriate for use in the construction or maintenance of the highways of this Commonwealth.
