Section 806.1 - Physician's name printed or stamped on prescription form(a) The name of the physician writing a prescription for a drug shall be printed or stamped on the prescription form in addition to his signature.(b) It shall be unlawful for any physician to write a prescription on a form which does not have his name printed or stamped thereon.(c) It shall be unlawful for any pharmacist to fill any prescription written on a form which does not meet the requirements of this act.1980, July 2, P.L. 344, No. 86, § 1, effective in 60 days.
