Section 10231.2106 - Medical marijuana from other states(a)General rule.--It is not a violation of this act or the act of April 14, 1972 (P.L.233, No.64), known as The Controlled Substance, Drug, Device and Cosmetic Act, if a parent or guardian of a minor under 18 years of age lawfully obtains medical marijuana from another state, territory of the United States or any other country to be administered to the minor.(b) Expiration.--This section shall expire 730 days after the effective date of this section.Added by P.L.
