Section 10231.1105 - Report(a)Report required.--The department shall submit a written report under subsection (b) every two years, beginning two years after the effective date of this section, to the following: (2) The President pro tempore of the Senate.(3) The Majority Leader and the Minority Leader of the Senate.(4) The Speaker of the House of Representatives.(5) The Majority Leader and the Minority Leader of the House of Representatives.(6) The chairman and minority chairman of the Judiciary Committee of the Senate.(7) The chairman and minority chairman of the Public Health and Welfare Committee of the Senate.(8) The chairman and minority chairman of the Judiciary Committee of the House of Representatives.(9) The chairman and minority chairman of the Health Committee of the House of Representatives.(10) The Attorney General of the Commonwealth.(b)Contents of report.--The following information shall be included in the report:(1) An assessment of the use of medical marijuana as a result of the enactment of this act.(2) An assessment of the benefits and risks to patients using medical marijuana under this act, including adverse events.(3) Recommendations for amendments to this act for reasons of patient safety or to aid the general welfare of the citizens of this Commonwealth.Added by P.L.
